Dubai Municipality, Dubai Police, and the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Dubai have partnered with Careem to introduce this government-backed initiative. The collaboration aims to provide residents with easy access to licensed and regulated gardening services while supporting Dubai’s efforts to enhance community services.
The Al Freej Gardener Careem service is scheduled to launch in September 2026. Once available, residents will be able to book licensed gardening professionals directly through the Careem app, making it easier to access approved service providers through a single platform.
The platform will offer a range of services, including garden maintenance, landscaping, irrigation installation and repair, and agricultural consultation. By connecting residents with licensed professionals through the Careem app, the initiative is expected to make gardening services more accessible and convenient while supporting Dubai’s commitment to high service standards and sustainable urban development.
